Strategic Plan 2009-2014

The development of the Strategic Plan 2009-2014 acknowledges the institutions progress to date and plans for the future, taking into account the programs of government and strategically placing ECATU within the government program of action. The plan provides a frame of reference and outlines the important goals and supporting strategies that are crucial for achieving the organisational outcomes and outputs required of us by the policy prescripts of National , Provincial and Local government. As with our turnaround plan 2004-2009, we have ensured a focus on developing our rural people in this province focusing on the organisational capability, strategic placement and uniqueness of our core mandate and program structure to maximize our abilities.
