What Knowledge Management Mean to ECATU

In our context, Knowledge Management is a concept in which ECATU consciously and comprehensively gathers, organizes, shares, and analyzes its knowledge to maximize its development, competitiveness and effectiveness.

ECATUs Information Services Focuses on:

  • Knowledge Management Implementation
  • Research & Development
  • Resource Centre

ECATU capitalises on the effect of Knowledge management to spark innovation. Various knowledge management activities were conducted in the year 2009/10. These activities are able to unlock new knowledge, enable a mutual knowledge sharing amongst stakeholders and thus greatly contribute to the Knowledge management life cycle- the generation, capturing, sharing and application of knowledge. The activities below were carried out:
