1. ECATU Pilot Organic garden
Brief Description: In 2007 ECATU introduced organic farming by piloting within the premises. Various Crops were planted on 30m²which was divided into plots. It is vital to bring to your attention that the project was conducted just as a pilot, and not for profit making. The yield is impressive and the fresh produce are sold to ECATU staff.- Location/Beneficiaries: Mount Pleasant Farm

2. Mngcibe Organic Garden

Brief Description: In collaboration with Nyandeni local municipality ECATU introduced organic farming technology on household level to produce vegetables for subsistence. The beneficiaries of the project are 15 households, where ECATU trained the team and provided equipments for the projects. The programme was linked to HIV/AIDS that municipality embarked on in this village. - Location/Beneficiaries: Mngcibe Village

3. Highbury Organic Garden
Brief Description: ECATU is currently implementing the second organic farming project on household level within the Highbury community. Fifteen households were chosen to participate in the project. The sole purpose is to enable the families to provide vegetables for their survival.- Location/Beneficiaries: Highbury

4. Organic Garden for Cedarville School
Brief Description: A vegetable garden has been established for this school to support the school feeding scheme project. The vegetables produced are meant to be used by the school kitchen to save money from buying vegetables from the market.- Location/Beneficiaries: Cedarville
